Our Yunnan collection celebrates the founder’s birthplace in the misty highlands of southwest China—a region long revered not for coffee, but for world-class teas like Pu’er.

From these same mountains, we carefully source specialty coffees that are redefining what Yunnan can be known for. These lots reflect a unique crossroads of tradition and innovation: producers draw on generations of tea-making knowledge, using gentle, tea-inspired processing methods to create coffees with delicate sweetness, layered florals, and distinctive “tea-like” notes.

By featuring Yunnan on our menu, we hope to introduce this rising origin to more people—honoring its culture, legacy, and evolution from tea fields to coffee farms. Each cup is a connection to the high mountain heritage that shaped both the land and the people who grow these coffees.
