After initially cultivating Typica, they received a new high-quality coffee seed from their cooperative, later identified as Geisha. With training in selective picking and fermentation, they improved their coffee quality and discovered the potential of what they now call “Inca Geisha,” a unique local mutation believed to have developed through cross-pollination in the region.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday, Hugo and Flor continue to expand their Geisha production while also growing Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, and Catimor.
