We work exclusively with specialty-grade coffees, partnering with producers who share our commitment to quality, integrity, and mindful living.

We source our green coffee beans directly from farmers or their trusted exporters and importers, ensuring traceability and fair partnerships at origin.

Once the coffee arrives, we carefully portion the green beans and vacuum seal them. This process protects the coffee from oxygen, moisture, and odor contamination, helping to preserve its freshness and extend its shelf life until roasting.

Once we receive the green coffee beans, we begin with a sample roast to ensure the quality meets our expectations and matches the coffee we selected.

We then run multiple roast profiles with that coffee to dial in and lock the ideal flavor profile for our production roasting.

Every new coffee begins with careful experimentation on our production roaster. We methodically dial in the perfect roasting profile to highlight each bean’s unique character—balancing sweetness, acidity, and body for a clean, memorable cup.

Once we’re satisfied that the roast meets our standards, we release that selection for purchase, roasted fresh to order and ready for you to enjoy.

Since we’ve chosen the Stronghold S7X as our production roaster, we’re able to roast every batch to order and ship it out as soon as the very next day.

Every bag is roasted the same day or within 72 hours period of when your order is placed, ensuring you receive coffee that’s incredibly fresh and full of flavor.
